Osh is one of Iran's most popular and traditional street foods.
It's a thick vegan stew, rammed full of goodness. Fresh Coriander, Parsley, Chives & Spinach are accompanied by Lentils, Barley, Chickpeas and Pinto Beans.
Joojeh Chicken Kebab
The chicken is marinated in saffron for 24 hours, before being grilled to perfection, leaving it tender and juicy on the inside.
Its then wrapped in freshly made Lavash bread, stuffed with grilled veg, fresh herbs and a dollop of Sumac Yoghurt.
The walnuts are first roasted and then ground down and added to pomegranate molasses to form the base of the stew. Tender pieces of chicken or roasted butternut squash(if its vegan) is added, served alongside a generous portion of fluffy rice.
